What it does

Think document-style calm: a bone-and-charcoal monochrome canvas, generous whitespace, flat bento cards, and borders so light they barely register. No gradients, no heavy drop shadows, no pill buttons.
The whole build runs on one committed system. A warm white or off-white canvas with off-black charcoal text, editorial serif headings played against a geometric sans and a monospace for meta, asymmetric bento grids ruled with 1px hairline borders, and muted pastel accents used only on tags. Type gets a serif, sans, and mono contrast instead of Inter for everything, and content fades in on a gentle stagger as you scroll.
