What it does
One Skill to Rule Them All is a meta-skill that makes your whole skill library improve as you work. It runs alongside your sessions and watches for two things: repeating patterns worth turning into a new skill, and corrections or preferences that show an existing skill could be clearer.
At the end of a session it produces a structured log of what it noticed, which skills are affected, and specific suggested edits. You review and approve, so you stay in control of what changes. It watches itself too, capturing improvements to its own method. In one three-month stretch it logged and applied over 600 improvements across 40 skills. Built for Claude, with community adaptations for Codex and others.
